Incident

Twitter integration not working for all customers

incident done

On May 17, 2019 at 3:00 a.m., we made a change that reconfigured numerous services. This unexpectedly caused the Twitter subscription service to fail posting any new tweets into channels and DMs for all customers. We investigated this, reset the service, and confirmed it was posting correctly again by 8:34 a.m. PDT on May 17, 2019.
