Issues with Outlook Calendar

Issue Summary: On June 26, 2019 at 7:00 a.m. PDT, we deployed a change that unintentionally caused requests to the Outlook Calendar Integration to timeout. We launched an investigation and put a fix in place at 10:13 a.m. PDT. We monitored the functionality to ensure it was working correctly again and then declared the issue fully resolved at 11:24 p.m. PDT.

Good news! We're now confident that issues with the Outlook Calendar integration are resolved. We apologize again for the mix-up here, and thank you for your patience while we got this fixed up.

It looks like we may have spoken too soon, and some Outlook Calendar integration's are still returning errors. We're continuing to dig into this to tie up any loose ends and will let you know when things have improved. We apologize for the mixed messaging.
