Joining a huddle meeting starts on mute

Issue summary: On July 15th, 2022 from 12:58 AM PDT to 04:52 AM PDT, some Chrome browser or Windows desktop app users were being muted when joining a huddle, despite their preferences. Upon investigation, we found that this was due to a change in our code which we identified as the cause of the issue. This change has since been reverted, resolving the issue for all affected customers.

We identified the issue and have deployed a fix. Please reload Slack using Command + Shift + R (Mac) or Ctrl + Shift + R (Windows/Linux) in order for this fix to be reflected on your end. We appreciate your patience while we sorted this out.

Login issue for some users

Issue summary: From July 15, 2022 at 4:53 PM PDT until July 15, 2022 at 7:07 PM PDT, some customers may not have been able to log in to Slack. The problem was traced to a recent change introduced to our Single Sign-On (SSO) libraries. Reverting the change resolved the errors for affected customers.
