Users may experience issues accessing or loading Slack, have trouble creating posts, and using Workflow Builder.

Issue summary: From January 16th, 2023 04:59 to 08:38 AM PST, some users experienced issues creating Posts, using workflows, and trouble accessing Slack. We traced this back to an issue with our internal DNS configuration. Once this was identified and resolved, functionality was restored to all impacted users.

We've resolved the issue with access to Slack. Posts and workflows are back to full functionality. If you're still encountering any trouble, please reload Slack using Command + Shift + R (Mac) or Ctrl + Shift + R (Windows/Linux). Thank you for your patience while we worked on resolving this issue.
