T-Mobile users are reporting session duration alerts after already reauthorizing
The issue with users being prompted for reauthorization after already authorizing has been resolved.

Some users may be seeing signs of improvement, but we’re still working towards the most effective fix. We’ll be back with another update as soon as the issue has been fully resolved.

We’ve identified what’s causing this and implemented a fix that we believe should clear the issue. We're currently monitoring the Slack access for all our T-Mobile users. We'll be back as soon as we have more information to share.

Users are getting prompted for reauthorization after already authorizing. Authorizing prompts continue, then terminate the session, causing draft message loss. This error repeats every 48 hours for T-Mobile users.
