Users are not able to send, shuffle or cancel gifs with Giphy.

Issue summary: On April 24, 2023 from 11:25 AM PDT to 2:00 PM PDT, some users experienced issues with sending, shuffling and cancelling gifs using the Giphy app. We traced the issue to a recent update that impacted how we handle buttons in the /giphy slash command. We rolled back this change, resolving the issue for all impacted users.
