The underlying cause has since been determined and remediation steps were applied. This resolved the above for all impacted users.

The fix we rolled out resolved the issue and customers should no longer be experiencing any trouble with connecting to Slack. Apologies for the trouble today and thank you for your patience.

We've issued a fix to the connectivity issues we were seeing earlier and believe this should resolve the problem for the small number of teams impacted.
