Users unable to create user groups

Issue Summary: From June 26, 2023 at 8:23 AM PDT to June 27, 2023 2:03 AM PDT, some users encountered an error message when creating user groups. This issue was a result of a change to the user group creation flow. Once this change was reverted, the ability to create user groups was restored for all impacted users.

We've resolved the issue, and all impacted customers should now be able to create user groups in Slack. You may need to reload Slack (Cmd/Ctrl + Shift + R) to see the fix on your end. Thanks for bearing with us and we apologize for keeping you away from your work.

We're still investigating this issue, but we don't have additional information quite yet. We'll be back with another update as more information becomes available. In the meantime admins can still create user groups via workspace settings: https://my.slack.com/admin/user_groups.
