Issue summary:
On July 10, 2023 from 7:08 PM PDT to 7:58 PM PDT, some customers may have experienced various errors while using Slack.

A code change inadvertently added extra load to our server infrastructure. We increased our server capacity to handle this extra load and error rates returned to normal.

We have resolved the issue and Slack should be functioning as normal once again. If you're still experiencing issues, please refresh Slack with Cmd/Ctrl + Shift + R.

We have identified the issue and taken steps to mitigate the impact to customers. We're seeing steady improvements, but we still have some work to do.
