Some customers in US are not receiving 2FA SMS codes

Issue Summary:

From March 20, 2024 at 10:28 AM PDT to March 25, 2024 at 6:14 AM PDT, some customers in the US were unable to receive 2FA SMS codes.

This issue was traced to customers with a specific mobile carrier. We engaged with our upstream provider, who worked with the carrier to resolve the issue.

Impacted customers should no longer be experiencing any trouble receiving 2FA SMS codes.
