Users see blank screen when attempting to create a workflow.

Issue Summary:
On April 18, 2024 from around 8:00 PM PDT to 10:28 PM PDT, users in non US English language settings were unable to create or update workflows.

We discovered that a data column had been omitted upon deployment. A fix was deployed for our users and normal service was resumed.

Some users are reporting seeing a blank screen when attempting to create a workflow. They can't proceed from this page and are currently unable to create workflows. We're promptly investigating the issue and will report back here when we have further updates to share.

Some users may be experiencing general degradation issues that cause actions within Slack to fail.

Issue summary:
On April 18, 2024 from around 9:00 AM PDT to 10:02 AM PDT, an automated monitoring system detected a high level of errors and backend database timeouts. We determined that some users may have experienced temporary service degradation and failed actions related to loading DMs and channels. Out of an abundance of caution, we began our incident response processes.

Our investigation traced this back to a backend service job that was causing the errors. As a remediation step, we manually ended the job which reduced the rate of errors back to normal and resolved the issue for all affected users.
