Workflow Builder page not loading

Issue Summary:

From Tuesday April 9 at 12:17 AM PDT to 7:21 AM PDT, users reported being unable to load the Workflow Builder page in Slack.

We noticed an elevated error rate for API requests related to this page, and determined this was caused by a database issue that was in the process of being remediated. As remediation work continued, error rates subsided and the Workflow Builder page began to load as normal.

We've resolved the issue with the Workflow Builder, and Slack is back to full functionality. Thank you very much for your patience while we worked on getting this fix out the door.

We’re still actively investigating this issue, but we don’t have any new information to share at this time. Thanks for sticking with us as we continue to work towards a fix.

We've received a small number of reports that the Workflow Builder page is not loading for users on both the desktop application and a number of web browsers.

We're investigating this issue and are working to understand the situation further. We'll let you know as soon as we have more details to share.
