Incident

Users receiving error when clicking on workflows

Issue summary:
From April 1, 2024 at 5:13 PM PDT to April 2, 2024 at 12:36 PM PDT, some users experienced errors when submitting legacy workflows.

A code change inadvertently introduced a logic error that sometimes resulted in an undefined workflow attribute. This caused affected workflows to crash, leading to an error message.

We corrected the logic error, resolving the issue for all affected legacy workflows.
