Some users may be unable to complete ownership transfers
Issue summary:
From June 17, 2024, around 9:00 AM until 4:14 PM PDT, users experienced unexpected behaviors that prevented them from completing certain administrative actions, such as transferring workspace ownership, updating workspace retention settings, or reinstalling apps from the Slack App Directory.
We traced this back to an issue with our webpage UI code that prevented certain web elements from appearing or loading properly. These elements would prevent the action from completing. The problematic code was identified and we rolled out a fix to restore the full functionality of these pages.

We have determined that the page loading issue is due to unexpected user interface (UI) behavior, specifically dialog boxes not rendering properly on legacy Slack pages. This is affecting the ownership transfer and integrations pages.
We are currently working on a fix and we'll be back with another update once we have news to share.
