Issue summary:
On June 3, 2024 from 6:30 AM PDT to 8:30 PM PDT, some users were unable to use shortcuts for both Zoom and Gmail add-ons in Slack.

These issues were traced back to two upstream providers and have been resolved with no action taken from our side. Users should no longer be experiencing any trouble.
