Users unable to execute workflows via buttons
Issue summary:
From around 12:00 AM PDT until around 2:30 PM PDT on July 29, 2024, some users may have been unable to execute workflows via buttons.
We discovered that one of the mitigating measures taken to resolve a previews incident that occurred on July 25, 2024, was inadvertently creating errors which prevented workflow buttons from being clickable. We reverted this change, resolving the issue for all users.
