Incident

Some workflows are unable to be saved.

Summary

On Monday, October 28, 2024 around 2:29 PM PDT until 6:55 PM PDT, some users observed workflows containing steps that included some connectors such as Google Sheets, Slack lists, or Jira could not be saved.

We discovered there were missing components from a recent feature release causing the inability to save workflow steps. We adjusted the backend logic to include the missing components, restoring full functionality to affected workflow steps.

Investigating

We've received reports that workflows are unable to be saved when they include steps from third-party connectors like Google Sheets or Jira Cloud, or if they include a Lists step. We're looking into the root cause and will promptly provide updates here when we have further information to share. Currently we've found no workarounds to save these workflows in the interim of us investigating the issue. We do apologize for the inconvenience this may cause to those creating workflows.
