Summary

From October 17, 2024 at 4:30 PM PDT to October 18, 2024 at 5:00 AM PDT, users experienced issues with creating Legacy Incoming Webhooks which resulted in "500 errors". We were able to trace this back to a code change that inadvertently caused the issue. We reverted this code change and rolled back to an earlier version, which has resolved the issue for all affected users.
