On Friday, January 24, 2025 from 12:28 PM PST to 2:01 PM PST, some users received error messages when running workflows with form submission steps.

On investigation, we identified a routine code change had introduced an error condition into a subset of workflow steps related to form submissions, which caused workflows using those steps to fail.

We rolled back this code change, which resolved the issue for all impacted users.

We implemented a fix that resolves the errors users were experiencing with workflows. Those affected may need to re-run any workflows that had errors. We appreciate your patience and apologize for any disruption to your work day.

Our work to resolve the workflow errors is still ongoing. Some users may also be encountering trouble with form submissions and additional errors such as: "There is a problem with how the workflow is set up. Please review the workflow steps.".
