Trouble with adding or triggering steps in Workflow Builder

On February 13, 2025, from 11:00 AM to 1:45 PM PST, we detected an increase in backend errors relating to Workflow Builder. During this time, some users may have encountered various errors when running or editing workflows.
We discovered that a recent backend change to our workflow process was creating these errors. We immediately reverted this change, which resolved the issue for all affected users. We're analyzing data from this event to understand ways to mitigate similar issues that may occur in the future.

Our investigation is still ongoing, but we have determined this is primarily affecting workflows containing any third party connections, including those with custom steps. We'll be back with another update as soon as possible. Thanks for your patience as we continue working on this.

We're investigating reports of errors with some workflow builder steps. Users may be seeing errors such as "We had a problem loading your spreadsheet". We're on the case and will be back with an update as soon as possible.
