Incident
Issues with some login emails

From Tuesday, March 25, 2025 at 3:00 AM PDT to April 3, 2025 9:00 AM PDT, some users did not receive emails containing sign-in codes or magic links, or these emails were incorrectly routed to their spam folder.
A third-party email provider made a change to their spam detection models that inadvertently affected these emails. The third-party provider assisted us by updating their spam detection models and all affected Slack emails are now being delivered correctly.

Some users may find that their confirmation code emails are inadvertently landing in their junk/spam folders, or are otherwise not being delivered to their inboxes as expected. We are investigating and we'll provide another update as soon as we have news to share.
In the meantime, please check your junk/spam folders for these emails, and add @slack.com and @slack-mail.com to your trusted senders/contacts list. We apologize for the disruption to your work.
