Issues receiving emails from Slack

From 11:00 PM PDT on April 12, 2025 to 9:20 AM PDT on April 13, 2025, some users may have had issues receiving emails from Slack, such as password reset or two-factor authentication (2FA) emails.
Part of our email delivery infrastructure became temporarily overloaded. We restarted the impacted server and appointed a new server to handle delivery in its place. This restored normal email delivery rates, resolving the issue for all impacted users.
