Incident

Trouble loading some elements (images, files, & other media) on slack.com pages and on the Slack app

incident done Summary

On April 14, 2025, from 12:54 PM PDT to 3:32 PM PDT, users may have experienced issues with elements such as images, icons, buttons, and other media not loading properly or displaying incorrectly in Slack and on slack.com (including admin pages).

We traced this back to a recent code change that unexpectedly introduced styling issues for certain web & client elements. We reverted the problematic code and rolled out a forward fix, resolving the issue for all affected users.
