Trouble uploading images and files

This issue is now resolved for all users.
- Current status and recent actions taken: We implemented a fix to a backend configuration that resolves the issue. Users are able to upload/download images and files in Slack as intended.
- Scope: Users across all regions may have experienced trouble uploading/downloading images and files in Slack.
- Previous impact to end users: Users may have observed delays when uploading/downloading images and files in Slack. For users who received errors during the incident, the uploads were unsuccessful. For users who did not receive an error after uploading their file but were unable to view it, those files are intact and available. All files uploaded before this issue are available.

Issues with searching Slack API documentation

We rolled out a fix that resolves the search issue on our API documentation pages for all users.

Our work to fully resolve the search functionality in our API documentation (at https://api.slack.com) is still ongoing. We'll be back with another update once we have news to share. We thank you for your patience in the meantime.

We’ve identified the cause of the issue and implemented a partial fix. Users signed into a Slack workspace should now be able to search the API documentation as expected.
We’re continuing to work towards a full resolution, and users who are not currently signed in may still experience some issues. Restoring full functionality for all users remains our top priority.

Further investigation confirms that the search functionality errors are isolated to api.slack.com. General search across Slack continues to function as expected.
