We continue to monitor the issue as our upstream provider continues their work toward a resolution.
- Current status and actions being taken: Some users are experiencing duplicate workflow triggers and some general latency with Slack features. We're continuing to monitor health metrics and partner with our upstream provider as they work to resolve this.

We're reopening this issue as some users are beginning to report general trouble with Slack. We've determined these reports are still related to the ongoing issue with an upstream provider.
- Current status and actions being taken: We're continuing to investigate additional reports of issues with Events API, workflows, and some connectivity issues.

- Scope: Users globally may encounter some trouble in Slack.
- Current impact to end users: Some users may encounter trouble loading or connecting to Slack, scheduled workflows triggering multiple times, or latency with Events API.
- Known workarounds: No known workarounds at this time.

This issue is now resolved for all users.
- Current status and recent actions taken: Our upstream partners have resolved the issue that impacted several Slack features.
- Scope: Users globally may have experienced errors across impacted features.
- Previous impact to end users: Trouble connecting to or loading Slack, huddles, canvas, login/SSO, and receiving emails, such as those related to two-factor authentication. Users may have experienced issues loading messages, channels, or threads.
- Required resolution steps: Affected users should re-attempt any action that returned an error. It's also encouraged to hard-reload their Slack app using Cmd/Ctrl + Shift + R.

We're still working to fully resolve this issue, but continue to observe signs of recovery.
- Current status and actions being taken: We're continuing to monitor for updates from our upstream provider, but continue to see improvements in features such as huddles, login, SSO, and loading content such as messages/channels. However, we're still investigating some errors related to canvas.
- Current impact to end users: Users may see improvement with features such as huddles, logins (including SSO), and loading messages, channels, and threads. Some actions related to canvas may be successful, but this feature is still impacted as we are observing elevated error rates.

- Current impact to end users: Many features, including canvas, receiving emails related to logging in, SSO, huddles, and the loading of content such as messages, channels, or threads may be returning to normal, but we're still monitoring our health metrics.

Our investigation is ongoing. We have determined that several core Slack services are currently affected by an issue originating with an upstream provider.

We're continuing to monitor this issue and have identified the cause is related to an upstream provider issue that is actively being worked on. We've also determined that some actions, such as huddle transcripts, are currently affected. We'll be back with another update once we have news to share.
