Workflow Builder Data Sources
Summary
From around 3:15 AM PST to 5:13 AM PST on November 5, 2025, some users were unable to use data fields from newly added Salesforce sources in workflows.
We traced this to a backend logic error that was attempting to fetch data using too many parameters. We adjusted the logic to use the correct parameters, which resolved the issue for all users.
9:01 AM PST
We identified the cause of the issue and deployed a code fix to resolve it. The schema sync jobs are now running correctly.
The incident impacted new data source connections. Existing workflows and notifications were working normally.
5:30 AM PST
At approximately 3:15 AM PST, we became aware of an issue with External Trigger Schedule Logic runs that are not working as expected. New Data Sources will be unavailable in the Workflow Builder until the first schema sync completes.

We are investigating an issue where customers are reporting being unable to connect to Slack services or are receiving errors if they are already connected. We are actively pursuing a number of activities to restore connectivity and services to customers. We will provide an update in 30 minutes or as soon as new information becomes available.
