Following a period of monitoring and with user validation now received, this issue has been resolved. We apologize for any inconvenience this issue may have caused.

Update

We’ve identified a database authentication change that we believe caused this issue. We’ve reverted this change and via testing, believe users can now log in as expected to Slack services. We are currently validating this and will provide an update as soon as we have more to share.
