We resolved the issue users were experiencing with delayed Search AI. We apologize for the trouble.

Update

We are continuing to investigate the issue affecting AI Search for users. We’ve engaged our infrastructure partner to help mitigate the issue. Other search functionality in Slack continues to work as expected.

We will continue to provide updates as we make progress.

Customers using AI search are experiencing delays. AI generated summaries are slow in returning results. Other search functionality in Slack is working as expected. We are actively investigating the cause of the issue.
