This issue is now resolved for all users. At around 9:10 PM PST, we fully resolved the search functionality issues impacting message indexing and the visibility of new content.
- Current status and actions taken: Search performance has fully recovered, and new messages are now indexing as expected. All content, both new and previously delayed, should now appear in search results without latency. System metrics have stabilised, and no further errors are being observed.
- Next steps: Our teams will conduct a thorough investigation to determine the technical trigger, identify the root cause, and implement preventive measures to prevent similar issues in the future.
