This issue is now resolved for all users.
- Current status and recent actions taken: We have rolled out a fix and the workflow executions are successful and new workflow setup works.
- Scope: This issue affected the desktop version where edits made to workflows (steps and triggers) could not be saved.
- Required resolution steps: No required steps, if users are experiencing any trouble, they may consider hard-refreshing their app via Cmd/Ctrl + Shift + R.
