Intermittent errors when sending messages have been resolved. Additionally, some customers may see inaccurate notification badge counts which can be resolved with a hard reload to clear temporary local cache. Apologies for the trouble today and thank you for your patience.

Cause Identified

The team is investigating the issue and have rolled back a recent feature change to reduce load on affected systems. We are also actively increasing infrastructure capacity to restore normal service levels. We'll provide an update in 30 minutes or sooner if additional information becomes available.
