Issue summary:
On October 16, 2023 from 4:00 PM PDT to October 23, 2023 at around 2:00 PM PDT, some GovSlack customers may have encountered a 'Server Error' when attempting to access the Apps page.

A code change inadvertently introduced an error that prevented connection to the Apps page. We deployed a fix, resolving the issue and restoring normal access to the GovSlack Apps page for all users.
