Trouble loading GovSlack

On October 10th, 2024 at 9:07 AM to 10:00 AM, users were unable to load GovSlack. We traced the issue back to a code change that didn’t account for a variable in GovSlack, which caused the brief server error encountered by some users. Due to the high elevation in error rates, the change was rolled back automatically and users were able to load their workspaces again.

Some customers may have briefly encountered a "Server Error" message when trying to access https://slack-gov.com/ The page is back up and running and customers should not have any issues accessing the page. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.
