Our Search success has recovered, and Search is back to normal. Paused jobs were resumed. No additional actions are required on your end. Thank you for your patience while we sorted out this issue.

Service restarts have been completed. The cluster hosting the Search services looks healthy, and the engineering team is monitoring. We are in the process of recovery, and a full recovery is expected soon. 

No additional information to share just yet, but we'll keep you posted as soon we have an update.

The services are being restarted in batches, and all new jobs have been paused until the search infrastructure stabilizes. We are also monitoring the metrics to restore the indexing functionality.

We’ve identified an issue affecting Search across messages and files. Some users may be unable to find recent content, see incomplete or unexpected results when using keywords, or experience errors while searching within channels. Our engineering team has determined that part of the system responsible for handling search requests is currently unhealthy, which is preventing new content from appearing in search results. We’re actively restarting affected services to restore normal performance. We’ll share another update in 30 minutes or sooner as progress continues. Thank you for your patience while we work to resolve this issue.
