Cause Identified

We've identified the cause and have implemented a fix that restored some search functionality. We're still working to resolve an underlying issue connected to older content (like older messages) not appearing in search results. We'll provide an update once that fix is applied. We're continuing the investigation into the issue that’s affecting Slack’s Search functionality. Users may still experience issues when searching for recent messages or files, or may see incorrect results when using keywords or searching within channels. Investigating

We've noticed that the Slack Search functionality issue has resurfaced, and we're investigating. A subset of users is seeing Search indexing failures for messages, files, reactions, stars, and pins.
