Beginning around 1:11 PM PST until around 1:32 PM PST on January 21, 2026, some GovSlack logged out users were unable to connect or load Slack, showing a "Server Error". This affected the slack-gov.com domain.

A backend toggle related to a configuration change was unexpectedly enabled for the GovSlack product, causing a spike in errors. We rolled back the suspected problematic toggle, resolving the issue for all users.
