• Current status and recent actions taken: We have resolved the connectivity issue impacting GovSlack and systems are now stable and functioning as expected.
• Scope: Impact was limited to external GovSlack production users. Further investigation into the impact determined that it was limited to connectivity and messaging. We’ve adjusted our post accordingly to reflect those findings.
• Previous impact to end users: GovSlack users may have experienced difficulty connecting to Slack and sending or receiving messages from approximately 19:22 to 19:29 UTC.
• Required resolution steps: No action is required for most users. If you are still experiencing issues, please reload Slack using Command + Shift + R (Mac) or Ctrl + Shift + R (Windows/Linux).
